After we finished eating we got in line for the show. By the time we got to the Bottom Lounge there were already like 50 kids in front of us. GRR! While we were waiting to get inside I saw Scott and he came by and gave me a hug and told Adam that his hoodie was the best hoodie in the world (Green Day) and that mine was the second best. I saw sxe Nicole and Kaitlyn outside the venue. Pete was going to get some food with some friends I stopped him before he left so I could give him his t-shirt I got at Disneyland. I gave him the shirt and he had the same look on his face that he had when I gave him the watch last time. He just stared at it for a minute and was like "fuck yea...where did you get this?" and I told him that I got it at Disneyland and he was like "Oh yea, that's right. I knew you went there, you called me from Disneyland." He gave me a big hug and told me thanks and tugged on the string from my bobble hat, gave me one of his award winning smiles and walked off. Eee! Adam told me that the guy who's filming the DVD was there the entire time and caught our exchange on camera. I wasn't even paying attention to anything else but Pete. God I'm a nerd. So we got inside and I ran to the front immediately after getting our names checked off the will call list. I told Adam to save my place and went and got the new white FOB hoodie and the camo shirt. It's hotttt.

The Haunted Life came on first and they were....well..the instruments were awesome, the singer was a little bit too old to be doing what he was doing. He looked like a complete dork. He had his shirt tucked in to expose his super sXe XXX belt buckle, had the bling bling on his right hand. He was just a douche and he kept pacing and making all these super hardcore OI statements. Laaame.

Starstruck was pretty good. I really liked them. The lead singer's guitar is pretty. They're all pretty boys except the bassist who needs to cut his bangs and get some contacts.

I'm still mixed about the Academy. They get on my nerves because they're trying to rip off so many bands. The guitar players look like they belong in the Early November, the lead singer tries too hard to be like Adam from TBS with his mic swinging and grinding and effiminate moves. They sound like Thursday mixed with TBS. I don't know man.

FOB came on and tore the roof off the place. When they came on they were playing Joy Division's "Love Will Tear Us Apart" which I thought was so0o0o cute. They opened with the usual song, "Tell Mick" then went into DOA. The dude filming the DVD put the camera on me for quite a while during either Tell Mick or DOA. I don't remember which. They played two new songs including "Nobody Puts Baby in the Corner." I loved the lyrics when I read them and hearing the song with instrumentals and vocals is amazing. I'm in love with it. These girls behind me and Adam were being EXTREMELY obnoxious. I hate girls that scream out the words instead of singing them. I wanted to turn around and punch them all in the face. Hey Chris came on stage with them when they played Grenade Jumper. Jakus is apparently a guitar tech for the Academy now. He came on and played bass during "Saturday" and it was like old times. I've missed that kid. He was pretty surprised to see me. After FOB played "Saturday" they came back and did an encore of 2 oldies, "Honorable Mention" and "Moving Pictures." Pete said that he swore he would never play HM ever again unless someone brought him a baby panda and some girl brought him a stuffed panda so they played it. woo woo. Only Patrick played it though which kinda sucked because I would have loved to hear the entire band play it. After the show I went looking for Peter to say hi and what have you. I saw Andy hanging out with his girlie friend. I saw Joe and his brother. I walked out into the exit/entrance area and sure enough there was Wentz signing all the pretty things for the girls. He saw me while this girl was trying to get her picture while kissing Pete's cheek except all the cameras weren't working. He was like "hey Ashley *stuck his tongue out* what's going on?" Jeanae was there. I don't think she saw me though. I saw Patrick's gf earlier. Scott saw me as I was trying to find Pete and gave me a goodbye hug cuz they were leaving.

I gave Pete his button that I forgot to give to him earlier and he put it on his hoodie. Then the security guards were kicking all the under 21 kids out for the next show which was 21 and over. Pete told me that he had the vinyl to give to me finally and I followed him outside where he was signing autographs. They had this posed thing they did for the DVD where this girl ran up and threw some paper at Pete and was like "You made me miss my period you fucker!" and Pete was like "I'm sorry.....I was high on weeeeeed." The way he said weed was classic. So when he had a free moment he took me inside to get my green swirl vinyl from Jordan. Then I stuck around a little bit and I told Pete that we had to drive home that night so we couldn't stick around very long and he didn't know that I had to drive back that night so he told me to just go instead of waiting around forever. So I gave him and Jakus goodbye hugs and left. Adam and I got lost trying to find the highway but we eventually found it. I didn't get home till 2:30 this morning and I had to get up at 8. Not fun.

I need to get my film developed today.

Ashley bragged about her experience at 3:49 PM.
