I can't even being to describe how amazing SoCo was. It had its ups and downs though. I got there at 5:30 thinking there'd be like NO ONE in line. Guess what? There were like 20 people in line ahead of me. GRRR! There were people that had been waiting there since 1. Jesus Christ. I saw all these teenies there. There were these sluts wearing halter tops and skirts a effin flip flops. GRRR! Too many "I <3 Something Corporate" shirts. It was sold out and no wonder. Alvin teased me about backstage passes. It wasn't nice. Hehe. So then they made two more lines, one for tickets and one for will call and I ran over to the ticket line and I saw this girl from the Coheed show and lots of other shows that I've been to lately and I let her and her friend cut in line with me. There was that obnoxious girl from Tucson that I see at a lot of shows and she was trying to cut in line and I was having none of that. She wanted the girls who made the "I <3 Something Corporate" shirts to just GIVE her one. Bleh. I was talking about how I don't understand the obsession with 50 Cent and this girl's all "he's cute and has nice teeth!" Bleh. I saw James in line with his gf. I haven't talked to him since October because he yelled at me last time I talked to him. He kept looking at me but never said anything. Loser. So then doors opened and me and those two girls ran inside so that we could get front row. This nice tall boy let me stand in front of him and I ended up being right next to Lisa. I was one of the oldest people there. Most of the kids were like 15-16 and got dropped off by their parents. Vendetta Red came on first and the lead singer's pants were extremely tight to say the least. Haha. I had penis in my face the entire time. He kept falling into the ground and I had to catch him and pull him back on stage. Quite fun. There was one point during their set when he wrapped his mic around my neck and like almost strangled me. That was fun. LOL I got a knee to the boob too. After they finished people started shoving for some stupid reason (SoCO was still two bands away) and I was getting shoved into the stage because there was no barricade and I decided that I had had enough of it so I climbed onto the stage and ran off to the side where all the band members come out and watch the band and stuff and just stood there the rest of the show. Steel Train came out and they were all stoned as usual. I screamed "Steel Train knows the power of the ganja!" and this guy from Vendetta Red next to me was laughing and was all "it's so true dude." They were pretty good even though I don't like their music. Then the Juliana Theory came on and everyone was seriously into them. They played a really good set. I met these 3 girls that were all 15 but were really chill. I exchanged my phone number with the one girl. Hopefully we can hang out some time. There were those two girls in skirts standing next to me and they noticed that Andrew was watching Juliana Theory and they started flipping out and screaming and calling his name and were all "OMG!! ANDREW I LOVE YOU! YOU'RE SO HOT!" and they were like crying after they touched him. It was majorly lame. They rolled Andrew's piano onto the stage and everyone went nuts. Andrew walked on stage and started playing Konstantine and everyone cheered. I started crying. It was so amazing. I just felt the music. I looked over at Will and his gf and he was choked up too. I love it when music has that effect on people. Their set list included in no order:

They played Punk Rock Princess second and everyone started jumping. During Hurricane Andrew jumped on the speaker closest to me and people were climbing over me to grab his hand. so0o0o lame. He crowd surfed a lot. Will was so cute :) Andrew didn't set his piano on fire which made me happy because I didn't want to die like all those people in Rhode Island did. After the show I went and bought the Piano Rock shirt and a pink wristband and got Clutch to sign my shirt. Then I went outside and saw Brian and he was all cautious about not signing on my boob and I was all "I'm 18 so it's all good in the hood" and he was like "well in that case, let me sign it for reals! haha just kidding" and we all laughed. Then I was waiting to see if anyone else would come out and I went back inside and saw Andrew so I went and had him sign my shirt and got a pic with him. He called me darlin' :) *swoons* We were comparing tattoos and I asked about his eyebrow piercing. His tattoo looked pretty new because it was flaking and whatnot. I couldn't find Will or Josh so I left and came home. I'll post a link to the pics when I get them developed.
