I FINALLY got my SP pics back. I'm sorry I kept you kids waiting for such a long time. You can click aqui and then click on the SP album. They're adorable boys :) I picked up Jacob and then went to get Monica and Angie and we got to the Cajun House around 6ish because doors opened at 7 and we wanted to be there super early, but there was bad traffic on the 101 so it took us longer than expected. So we got down there and found a good place to park and stuff. Then we stood in line and Jacob saw this girl that he knows from his youth group or something and then her friends showed up and they went to another place in line. She goes to Chaparral so she of course knows Brett so we were talking about what a cocky little shit he is and whatnot. Fun stuff. We saw Chuck walking around and like NOONE recognized him. It was great :) So he signed my shirt and we all got a pic with him. Then he promised me and Angie that he'd save his drumsticks for us. w00t! w00t! He has this cute thick accent, but he's super nice :) Then at like 7:15 the people announced that the line for 21 and over was the line that we were in and that if we were under 21 we needed to be in the line allll the way on the other side so of course everyone runs and I lose Angie and Monica and Jacob. I get stuck by these obnoxious college boys, who are loud, obnoxious, and extremely immature. I told them that they were being obnoxious, along with the fact that they had mastered the art of "drunken idiots 101." BWAHAHAHA! These girls around me were giving me high 5s because of that. ROCK! This one girl commented on my pink mascara :) So I got inside and went directly to the merch booth. I got this shirt and the super comfy hoodie which I'm rocking right now ;) Then Monica came and got me and showed me where everyone was standing. We got to be right up front and I got this spot in front of this cute guy, Chris, who goes to U of A. He's Elyse McBride's ex which is kinda weird. I told him I'd give him my spot after we left. Slick Shoes was up first and they were pretty good. Then Bigwig, who I saw with H20 earlier this year. Then Simple Plan came on and I went fuckin nuts! Pierre is gorgeous!!!!!!!!!! Ahh! He has so much energy and stage presence. *swoons* He pointed at me like twice during some of the songs. When they played "I'd Do Anything" I almost cried. Isn't that horrible? I love that song so so so so so0o0o much! David was looking right at me and I made a face at him and he made a face back and smile. Ahh! Jeff gave me water because I asked for it :) He also gave me a set list and Chuck gave me a guitar pick. w00t! w00t! After that we left and went over by the merch stand to meet them. They're so0o0o cute and nice :) Seb introduced himself to me and I was talking to him and then I talked to Chuck and David. David and Seb both have high voices. Pierre had a looong line of people wanting to meet/talk to him. I finally got my turn and he signed my shirt and I told him how their cd has helped me deal with dumb boys and whatnot and he was like "Awww thanks!" and then I asked him if I could kiss him on the cheek and he was like "sure!" so I kissed the corner of his mouth and got part of his lips :) Yum yum! Then we had to leave because Angie had to be home at 11. So we took her home and that's my most excellent Simple Plan experience. I can't WAIT till they come back :)
