Okay, I KNOW Meghan is desperate for details so I'm gonna deliver even if it takes me all damn night. Hehehehe. So my mommy and I drove about 2 hours to Tucson and got there around 6:30 and then drove around for like 10 minutes to find the place and another 5 or so until we found our parking place. We got in line at around 6:40 or so I would assume because the doors were supposed to open at 7. I saw some really fine ass guys waiting in line. A lady and like 4 12 yr. olds got behind us and my mom was talking to her and the lady was saying how like this was her first concert and stuff. I was bored and jumping up and down cuz I was cold. Some security guard was coming down the street and telling us to get on the curb. I told my mom that if we didn't she was gonna whip us into shape with her bandana. Hehehe. It was past 7 o'clock and this sleazy looking guy came walking down the street telling us that if we had tickets to go directly to the front of the line (and the line was long man!). I told my mom, I'm like "I don't think we should go unless other people go too." So other people started walking to the front of the line and my mom and I started walking to the front of the line too. We walked around the gigantic line and I was like HAHA losers! We went around the tour bus and to the front which is where I first met Raphaela and Kathleen. They live in Douglas and Bisbee which is like close to the border of Mexico. We got into the club and surprisingly I didn't get patted down or anything. I could have been packing anything for all they know. We immediately went to the bathroom cuz my mom wanted to take my cameras out that she had in her bra. So she did that and I took off my thermal tee I had underneath my NFG shirt cuz I was getting all hot and sweaty. Then I went out and bought my 60 dollars worth of GC and Mest shirt. Yes, I said 60 bucks. I bought a baby blue GC shirt with a heart on it, a Mest baseball shirt with pink sleeves, a GC sticker pack, and a GC hoodie. The hoodie is most definitely worth the 25 bucks because it's so soft. It's got cotton fleece on the inside. After that I saw Jeremiah (from Mest) standing by himself and I was like "whoa" cuz he looks totally different than he does on the cd cover. I went up and got his autograph (which is very boring by the way and just says "Jeremiah" no fancy smancy stuff) and got my picture with him. I think he might just be photogenic and looks better in pics because when I got my pictures back he looked good in them so I don't know. I then left my mommy and went into the crowd and ended up finding Raphaela and Kathleen again. I showed them my Jeremiah signed Wasting Time cd sleeve and Kathleen was like "I'm so mad at you" and she threatened to keep it. I told them he was standing right over there and they're all like cool. The first opening band, Lefty, was pretty good. Kat decided to get closer while me and Raphaela stayed back. I took Raphaela back to meet Jeremiah and she got her picture taken with him. The guy working the Lefty merch booth was all rocking out and getting down. It was so funny. On top of that he was wearing a Lefty tanktop which just made me laugh. We went back into the crowd and got Kat and asked her if she wanted to meet Jeremiah and she was like yeah so we took her back to meet him and get her pic taken with him too. After Lefty finished their set we got closer cuz Sugarcult was coming on soon. The drummer is really grungy looking but the lead singer is hot man! Hehehehe. During their set they had two complete strangers make out and it was pretty interesting because the one guy was totally hot and the other chick seemed like total groupie material. After Sugarcult, we got really close cuz Mest was coming on next and they're one of our favorite bands. I went with Rapheala to get her sweatshirt and she gave it to my mom and my mommy told me that she had seen Joel walk by and I was all like "I hate you!" Kat, Raphaela and I then went to the bathroom where we discovered free condoms in GC colors (green, orange and yellow). We were all like "sweet!" so we jacked a whole bunch and took some little instruction sheets on how to put them on. We then met Bryan, Alex, Evan and Colter. All of them are sexxy sexxy men! Colter helped me during Sugarcult I think, I don't quite remember. All I know is that Evan was definitely and I mean DEFINITELY feeling my vibe man! We were all grinding and shit during Mest's set. He had his hands on my sides (cuz I rolled up my shirt, showing my belly), running them up and down (which feels really good and is a turn on for me btw). He was all wrapping his arm around my waist too which was very good also. When "Slow Motion" came on, he draped his arm over me as if saying "she's mine" and that's when the dirty dancing began. I was all grinding up against his chest and running my hands up and down his arms. We kept on holding hands. I was running my hand up his arm and to his neck and just holding it there. I know this will sound really egotistical of me, but he was so into me man! Mest played an awesome set. I just wish that I could have gotten to meet Matt, Tony and Nick too. Oh well. After their set, I went with Evan, Alex, and Bryan and Raphaela to get some water. The boys got some water and I sat on Evan's lap. Raphaela kept coming back and forth cuz she was trying to look for Kat. I had to keep switching positions to the point where Bryan told me to sit still and I was all like, I have a bony ass! I asked them if they knew Jeff's gf Katie (cuz they go to Desert Mountain too) and they said yeah or that they've heard of her. I eventually decided to leave with Raphaela to go find a good spot for when GC came on. I told the boys where I was gonna be and they said that they'd meet me down there and I hugged Evan and I told Bryan that if he didn't meet me down there that I would do bad things to him. He said something along the lines of "why me?" and I said, because you annoy me and the other two were like "ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh." Hehehehe. I'm so evil. So I went down to the floor with Raphaela and we waited for GC to start. When they came on everyone went wild. The first song they played was East Coast Anthem and they were freaking fantastic! Evan finally came down with the other two boys and we started bumping and grinding again. Some guys bum rushed the stage during one of their songs and started singing into the microphone and security rushed up and started to tear them away, but then Benji and Joel came up and put their arms around them and let them stay on stage. It was so cool of them. Evan left me like half way through because he saw some chicks he knew or something and then he left me totally. During the show the Benji pulled out his acoustic guitar and said "_____ band said that GC were unsensitive assholes, so we're gonna play some slow songs now because punk rockers have feelings too man!" They played "Thank You Mom" which was completely cool because they never play that song live. They also played "Seasons". They then proceeded to play a couple new songs where they encouraged a circle pit. (Note: The management/security at this place absolutely sucks. They kept on going on stage between every set and telling us to take like 5 steps back or they wouldn't throw water on us. I've never been to a place where the security has abused the microphone as much as they did at this place. They said to keep moshing to a minimum and no stagediving or crowd surfing otherwise you'd be ejected from the place. I don't think anybody got kicked out at all as a matter of fact. They were just a bunch of assholes and you'll hate them even more when I get to the bottom of my post.) The last song they played was "The Little Things" and after that song Raphaela and I went outside so we could meet GC because we had heard that they were doing a meet and greet after the concierto and they even said themselves that they would see us outside. Raphaela went back inside to get Kat and I saw Benji and Joel and the rest come out and climb into the tour bus. From this moment on I felt so much sympathy for the roadie. Benji popped his head out of the tour bus and told us that he was gonna be back out in a minute and I was all like cool. The roadie came outside and told us that they'd be on the other side of the bus so we walked around and stood in line. I saw the Steve doll on the bus so I grabbed Raphaela and we looked at him and I took a picture. I also saw Paul and the roadie hugging inside the tour bus. It was sooooooooo sweet! I was all like awwwwwwwwwwww. Billy was the first person out so I got his picture and autograph and then I got Joel's. I went to the other side of the bus and saw Benji and heard the roadie getting bitched at by this old fat long haired security dude. He was all telling the roadie about how he was dirty and he smelled and shit and I know for a fact that he didn't smell cuz my mom was standing right next to him. I think all this was brought on by the fact that GC has tattoos and piercings and that's all like evil and shit. I got a picture with Benj and I got his autograph too and then the roadie started getting into it with some of the security people again and Benji was just standing there watching and I was like right next to him. He went up to the roadie and said something like "It's just squats man, it's just squats," over and over again to get him to calm down. The roadie was all like, "I know, but you guys need to move to the other side of the bus." This one girl went and told Benji that the security people wanted them to leave and Benji was like, "I know." And she was all like "They're being real assholes too." So Benji started saying, "Fuck this club" over and over again. It was so awesome! Then the management people said something to counteract that but I didn't hear what it was they were saying exactly. Then Benji started saying, "we won," repeatedly. The management started saying how like they brought GC there and the roadie was like, no, GC brought themselves here. The roadie was also saying how like GC would leave when everyone who wanted a signature got one. Poor roadie. :( I talked to Benji for a little bit. I asked him how many piercings he has (8) and why his mom named him Benji (short for Benjamin). Raphaela asked him what his last name was he said that they're between last names and my mom suggested that he take his mom's last name and Benji said thanks for the input. I then got my picture taken with Paul and his autograph too. Paul was the nicest out of the bunch and I think it was because the rest of them were sick. Poor GC :0( My mom wanted a pic with everyone in the band, and she did cept for Billy. It was so funny cuz I was like, "Paul, my mom wants a picture with you" and Paul's all like "Come here mom." It was so cute. Benji and Joel were like, "Hey mom" too. I then did some associating with Joel. I asked him if he missed steamed crabs (yes, and he also misses his friends and his dog). They're going back home for Christmas which is really good. And then we left after that and drove 2 hours home. I didn't get home till around 3 in the morning. I was beat man!
